Shipping & Delivery
Please note, we provide shipping and delivery services only to the UK and EU countries.
As our chocolates are freshly made and packed to order, we aim to dispatch within 2-3 days of receiving an order, or sooner, depending on availability. For the UK, we use Royal Mail’s First Class next day delivery service so that your order is delivered as soon as possible.
During seasonal peaks especially Christmas (Nov. - Dec) & Easter, it may take longer than 2-3 days.
For EU countries, we use International Standard delivery which takes 3-5 days from dispatch. If you have an urgent requirement, please get in touch with us through email@example.com.
If there is a specific date on which you would like an order delivered, please do let us know in the additional information box at the checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We do not dispatch orders during the weekend or Bank holidays.
We will always aim to ensure we send you the chocolates you ordered. If, on rare occasions, there are any issues with your order, we will contact you with alternatives. However you can rest assured, if you are not satisfied with the alternatives offered, we will arrange a full refund.
We care about our customers and our chocolates, so dispatch your orders in suitable packaging to avoid damage. However, sometimes things do go wrong and if your order is not received in perfect condition, please retain the packaging and do contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to let us know immediately.
For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept return of goods.
