There are two easy ways to find your order number:

Check your email: As soon as you submit your order, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes your order number.

Check your order history: If you created a customer account before placing your order, you can log in to your account and view your order history. Your order number will be displayed on the left-hand side of each order.

When we have items available for pre-order, you'll find a date in the item description which states from when these orders will begin shipping.

As with all other orders, you'll recieve an email when this is dispatched with the tracking information.

First, click on the 'Log In' button located at the top right of our website. Then select 'forgot password?' and enter your email address.

You’ll receive an email to the address you provided with a link to reset your password. Follow the link and enter a new password when prompted.

There could be a few reasons why the website doesn't recognise your email address.

First, please double-check that you've entered the correct email address. If you're sure that you've entered it correctly and you still can't log in, it's possible that you
don't have an account set up under that email address.

If you believe you've created an account but still can't log in, please reach out to us at sales@harryschocs.co.uk and we'll be happy to help. We can check which email address you originally used to set up your account, send you an account invite if necessary, and make sure that everything is in order.

We understand that sometimes mistakes can happen during the order process, and you may need to make changes to your shipping address.

If your order is still being processed, we may be able to make changes to the shipment address for you. Please contact our customer service team at sales@harryschocs.co.uk as soon as possible with the correct information so that we can update your order accordingly.

We do not change or manually type up shipping addresses, so the order will be sent out to the same address given at checkout unless you have contacted us to make changes after placing the order.

If your order has already been despatched, we regret that we are unable to make any changes to the shipping details.

Absolutely! We understand that timing is important when it comes to gift-giving, which is why we offer the option to request delivery for a specific day or in advance.

To do so, simply select your desired delivery date from those available on the calendar shown before checkout when you 'View Cart'.

Please keep in mind that with our Tracked 24 (1-2 working days from dispatch) and Tracked 48 (2-3 working days from dispatch) delivery options, we can't guarantee delivery on an exact day. If you would like guaranteed delivery for a specific date, you will need to select this shipping option at checkout.

No, unfortunately we can only accommodate one shipping address per order during checkout.

If you need to send a large number of chocolate gifts to multiple addresses and don’t wish to place each one as a separate order, please reach out to us at sales@harryschocs.co.uk, and we'll provide you with a helpful excel sheet template. This will allow you to conveniently send your gifts to various locations in just one go!

Once you've sent us the completed template, we'll prepare an invoice that covers the cost of the chocolates and shipping fees for each address.

Please note that we will require the invoice to be paid before we can send your chocolates off to your chosen destinations.

Yes, as soon as your order has been despatched, you'll receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking information. This link will allow you to easily track the progress of your delivery and ensure that you know when your delicious chocolates will arrive.

If for some reason you don't receive a tracking email, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our friendly customer service team at sales@harryschocs.co.uk

We understand that it can be disappointing when your order hasn't arrived by the expected date. If this happens, please refer to the following guidance from Royal Mail:

For Tracked 24 deliveries, Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-2 working days, and for Tracked 48,
delivery is usually within 2-3 working days.

Please keep in mind that if there's a redirection in place or if the order is headed to remote parts of the UK or Northern Ireland, you may need to add an extra working day to these estimates.

If your order still hasn't been delivered by the latest due date plus seven working days, we may be able to claim compensation.

Please note that early claims cannot be processed.

Adding a personalised note is a great way to make your chocolate gift extra special.

When you're ready to check out, go to your cart and look for the 'Gift card message' box.

Type in your gift message. We recommend keeping it to 250 characters (including spaces) to ensure it fits nicely on the card.

If you have any additional instructions or delivery details, such as a specific delivery date or a request for the order to be left in a specific location, you can add them in the second text box.

Once you've added your message and any other necessary information, you are ready to checkout. Nice and simple!

We understand that sometimes things can slip our minds. If you have forgotten to add a gift note to your order, please don't worry. You can still include a message by following these steps:

As soon as you realise you
have forgotten to add a gift note, please email sales@harryschocs.co.uk with your order number and the message you would like to include in your gift note.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that your message can be included, as your order may have already been processed.

If we are able to include the message, we will update your order and confirm this with you via email.

No, by default we include one gift note per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

However, if you would like a gift note for each item in your order, please let us know by emailing sales@harryschocs.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and the number of gift notes required.

As long as your order has not already been processed, we will be able to add these additional message cards for you.

Please note that if you are requesting more than 25 gift notes, this may incur an additional cost.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a gift-wrapping service at this time. Our products are packaged in our unique Harry Specters packaging, which includes a clear shrink wrap to provide extra protection during delivery.

Absolutely not! We understand that many of our orders are intended as gifts for someone special, and so we never include billing information or prices with the packaging. You can rest assured that your recipient will receive a beautiful and thoughtful chocolate gift without any mention of the purchase price.

If you've placed an order but have now changed your mind, don't worry, we understand that things can happen.

You can cancel your order if it has not already been processed by contacting us at sales@harryschocs.co.uk. Our team will do their best to resolve any issues and make sure you're happy with your order. However, if you still decide to cancel, we'll arrange a full refund for you.

The refund will be issued immediately to the payment method used when placing the order and it may take up to 3 working days for the money to show up in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

We understand that many of our customers are concerned about the use of palm oil in their food products. We want to reassure you that we do not add any palm oil to our chocolates.

However, it's worth mentioning that the suppliers of our fudge and brownie pieces used in our Caramel Brownie bar and Halloween skulls do include a tiny amount of sustainable palm oil in those products.

We are always keeping an eye out for affordable and sustainable alternatives to ensure that we can continue to offer our customers the best quality chocolates that have minimal impact on the environment.

Yes, we are pleased to say that all our products are vegetarian.

Yes, our products do not contain gluten and we do not store or handle any ingredients or products that contain gluten in the production area.

No, we do not use alcohol in any of our chocolates.

We're pleased to say that our cardboard packaging is widely recyclable, so you can dispose of it in your recycling bin with peace of mind.

Additionally, the plastic insert trays inside our chocolate boxes are also recyclable by most authorities, although we recommend checking with your specific local authority to ensure that they accept this type of plastic. 

We are well aware that shipping delicate and fragile products such as our fine chocolates requires sturdy packaging to ensure the products reach our customers in perfect condition. However, we are also committed to finding ways to make our packaging as eco-friendly as possible without compromising on the quality of our products.

We were thrilled to have been chosen as one of the winners of the final episode of Channel 4's Aldi's Next Big Thing, and to have had the opportunity to produce 50,000 bars to be sold in ALDI stores across the UK. 

However, this was a one-time contract, and once the bars had sold out in store, they were not restocked.

We are incredibly grateful to ALDI and Channel 4 for giving us the opportunity to share our story and chocolate with a wider audience.

Our autistic staff makes and packages chocolates under supervision. This means the more orders we have, more work we can generate for autistic people.

We teamed up with Unltd, which is The Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs to develop a social impact calculator. We provided the data, they developed the model. According to that model, for every £1 spent (excluding delivery) at Harry Specters, 69p directly benefits the lives of young autistic people, their families, and the Government.

Most paid autistic staff at Harry Specters have come via the 'Work Experience' route.

Our process is simple and effective. It starts with having an informal chat with the autistic applicant in presence of a teacher/carer/parent/guardian. This allows us to learn more about the applicant - what their strengths are, what they enjoy etc. - in a less stressful environment than a formal interview.

Before we can arrange a chat, we will need a copy of the applicant's CV to be sent via email, and we will send over a couple of forms to be filled in so that we can be aware of the individual's support needs. We will also require a copy of their EHCP if they have one, and under 18s will be required to have one-on-one support with them for the duration of their work experience.

If we feel they would be a good fit, we can then discuss the number of days and hours they will be working. We work Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, and most work experience trainees will start on 1-2 days a week between 10am-3pm.

Please note that a work experience placement is not a guarantee for paid employment at Harry Specters.

We are open from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm for order collections (except for bank holidays).

These are always the hours in which we will be available to respond to any social media messages or customer emails.

Please be aware that we are NOT able to respond to emails during weekends, bank holidays, or while the factory is closed over the Christmas period.
