Meet the Harry Specters Team

Mona is our amazing company founder and head chocolatier. She’s the perfect blend of sugar and spice, and living proof that good things do indeed come in small packages.

As co-founder and head of business, Shaz brings a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and experience to the company; just please don’t let him operate a microwave unsupervised!

The inspiration behind Harry Specters, Ash is a hard worker who never fails to bring a smile to everyone’s face – with or without the lei and pineapple sunglasses!

AKA ‘The Slabster’; When chocolatier and super speedy bar maker Bruce isn’t making chocolate, or drawing on the whiteboards, he’s keeping a close eye on Shaz for any potential chaos.

Operations Executive Zoey also runs social media, provides customer support, and often lends her artistic skills (e.g. creating these staff portraits). The only thing she can’t do well is lie!

Very much the company joker, our Operations Supervisor Bea helps to keep everything running smoothly whilst making everyone laugh with her jokes, impressions, and interesting turns of phrase.

A perfectionist with a keen eye for detail, Joseph can often be found singing and dancing along to the music in Production as he completes his chocolate quality checks.
