A Golden Chocolate Comeback for Autumn
Six caramelised-white-chocolate flavours, returning for a few autumn weeks.
Gold chocolate returns to Harry Specters on 18 September 2026, bringing six flavours together in the Gold Bit of Everything Selection. Made with caramelised white chocolate, Gold has a warm, rounded character that sits beyond the usual choice between milk, dark and white.
The limited-edition collection appears for only a few autumn weeks. The 12-chocolate box contains two of every Gold flavour, giving you the full selection to taste, share or keep for slower evenings at home.
What Is Gold Chocolate?
Gold chocolate, also known as blonde chocolate, is caramelised white chocolate. The caramelisation gives it a distinctive golden colour and a buttery flavour with warm caramel notes.
It is familiar enough to feel comforting, yet different enough to make the first taste interesting. That balance makes it a natural fit for autumn: a chocolate for tea breaks, after-dinner moments and the point in the year when evenings begin to draw in.
Our blonde chocolate guide looks more closely at how it differs from milk, dark and traditional white chocolate. You can also compare the main types of chocolate if you are curious about where Gold fits.
Rather than treating Gold as a single flavour, this collection shows how its rounded character changes alongside six very different fillings. Espresso brings depth. Fresh ginger adds warmth. Smoked sea salt sharpens caramel. Roasted hazelnut gives it a softer, fuller finish.

Six Gold Chocolate Flavours
Gold Sea Salt Caramel
Muscovado brown sugar gives the caramel a deeper, more rounded sweetness, while smoked sea salt keeps it balanced. Wrapped in Gold chocolate, it brings together caramel, salt and a gentle smoky note.
Gold Hazelnut
Roasted hazelnut butter and Gold chocolate are an easy match. Both have warm, rounded flavours, while the hazelnut adds toasted depth. Smooth and balanced, this is likely to appeal to anyone who enjoys classic nut-and-chocolate pairings.
Golden Ginger
Freshly grated ginger cuts through the sweetness of Gold chocolate with a clean, warming finish. It is lively without losing the softness of the chocolate around it, making it especially well suited to cooler days.
Gold Latte
Hand-roasted espresso brings a darker edge to Gold chocolate. The coffee balances its sweetness and creates the feel of a well-made latte in chocolate form: creamy, roasted and gently bittersweet.
Golden Truffle
A dark chocolate ganache sits inside the Gold chocolate shell, bringing a deeper cocoa note to its buttery, caramelised character. The contrast keeps the flavour balanced: smooth and rounded at first, with a richer finish from the dark chocolate.
Simply Gold
Simply Gold gives Gold chocolate the space to speak for itself. Its smooth Gold chocolate ganache highlights the buttery, caramel-like notes that make this chocolate distinctive, without another flavour competing for attention.
Choosing Your Gold Collection
The Gold Bit of Everything Selection contains 12 chocolates, with two of each flavour. That matters because the collection is varied enough to reward a second taste.
The first chocolate lets you meet the flavour. The second gives you the chance to notice what you missed, share it with someone else or return to the one that surprised you most.
For anyone who already knows their favourite, each flavour is also available in a Favourite 6 tray. Each plastic tray contains six chocolates of the same flavour. The Gold Favourites Bundle lets you choose any three trays, giving you 18 chocolates across the flavours you prefer.
The full Gold Bit of Everything box is the place to begin when you want all six flavours. The trays and bundle are better suited to returning favourites or building a more personal combination.

An Autumn Chocolate for Keeping or Giving
The Gold collection does not need a major occasion. It works as a small gift for someone who enjoys trying something different, but it is equally at home beside a cup of tea or opened after dinner.
For more ideas beyond the autumn collection, our chocolate gift ideas bring together options for birthdays, thank-yous and other occasions.
Each chocolate is hand-crafted in our Ely factory in small batches, using fresh ingredients with no artificial flavours or preservatives. The collection is also gluten-free.
Gold returns on 18 September and remains available while stocks last. Once the autumn run closes, it goes quiet until next year.
For those who remember it from last autumn, this is the return you have been waiting for. For everyone else, it is a chance to find out what caramelised white chocolate can do when six flavours take it in six different directions.
Choose the Gold Bit of Everything from 18 September, while the autumn collection is available.
