For help tracking your order, or if something doesn’t look quite right with your delivery, we’re here to help.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Orders are collected from our factory at 4pm each day, with a cut-off of 2pm for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
For most orders, we aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days, although this can vary during busy periods such as Easter and Christmas.
Bespoke and personalised items are made fresh to order and may take up to 5 working days to dispatch.
You’ll be able to select a preferred delivery date in your basket before checkout.
Chocolate and heat don’t always get along.
During warmer periods, we take extra care by including ice packs in your order where needed. However, if temperatures are too high, we may delay dispatch slightly to make sure your chocolates arrive as they should - rich, smooth, and ready to enjoy.
We may also pause Friday dispatches during hot weather to avoid parcels sitting in transit over the weekend.

Please note: orders to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man must be under 1kg.
We use Royal Mail tracked services across the UK:
Delivery timeframes are estimates from dispatch and may vary, especially during peak periods or circumstances outside of our control.
Please allow an extra 1–2 days for deliveries to Northern Ireland and remote areas such as the Highlands and Islands.
