For every £1 spent on Harry Specters chocolates (excluding delivery), 69p generates measurable social value for autistic people and their families.

We even send customers a personalised impact report showing how their purchase contributes to real change.

All Harry Specters chocolates are handcrafted in our Ely chocolate factory, in Cambridgeshire.

This is where our team creates every bar and selection box using ethically sourced couverture chocolate and fresh fillings. It’s also where our social mission comes to life - providing training and employment opportunities for autistic people.

From Ely, our chocolates travel across the UK to homes, offices, and celebrations of all kinds.

We regularly offer work experience placements for autistic students and occasionally recruit new team members.

When roles are available, we usually advertise them on Indeed. You’re also welcome to send us your CV if you’d like to be considered for future opportunities.

Harry Specters appeared on Channel 4’s Aldi’s Next Big Thing in 2022, where we produced 50,000 chocolate bars for Aldi stores across the UK.

That was a limited-run collaboration, so those bars sold out quickly. But the good news is you can still enjoy many of the same award-winning flavours right here on our website.

If you’ve pre-ordered something delicious, look out for the estimated shipping date on the product page. That’s when we’ll begin dispatching your order. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking info so you can follow its journey - from our kitchen to your doorstep.

To keep things smooth and sustainable, we send all items together once your pre-order is ready. If you need the non-pre-order items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order - that way, nothing has to wait.

Yes - we deliver our artisan chocolates across the UK using Royal Mail tracked services.

Once your chocolates leave our kitchen, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow the journey from our Ely factory to your door.

You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime after your first 2 boxes - chocolate should fit your life, not complicate it.

Yes! There’s a box at checkout to include a heartfelt message or special delivery instructions (even “don’t open ‘til Friday!”). Forgot to add it? Email us quickly and we’ll try to sneak it in.

No - we never include pricing with orders.

Yes. We use premium couverture chocolate from Barry Callebaut, who work directly with cocoa farmers to support sustainable farming and better livelihoods.
