To manage your monthly chocolate subscription, please visit our dedicated subscription management page and log in there: https://www.harryschocs.co.uk/pages/manage-subscriptions.
Once logged in, you can update your details, make changes, pause your subscription, or cancel when eligible. -
Yes. When you add a chocolate subscription box to your basket you can select your preferred start date before checkout. Your first delivery will then be scheduled based on that date.

Yes. You can choose to prepay for 3, 6 or 12 months of chocolate deliveries. These prepaid subscriptions do not automatically renew after the final delivery.
Please note: you will still need a valid payment method saved to your account so your subscription deliveries can be processed each month.

Yes, you can update your delivery address at any time by logging into our subscription portal.
If you receive an automated email saying your chocolate box is due to ship soon, please update your address within 24 hours to ensure the change takes effect.

Yes. A chocolate subscription makes a thoughtful gift for any chocolate lover. You can choose prepaid options for 3, 6 or 12 months, so the recipient receives a luxury chocolate box delivered each month.

We can include a free message card with your first chocolate subscription delivery.

You can cancel your chocolate subscription by logging into our subscription portal. This option becomes available after your first two deliveries.
