Our limited edition Summer Collection has returned for its second year running, bringing back six seasonal chocolates designed to capture the best bits of the year: bright fruit, soft florals, and tropical escapes in every bite. Think long evenings, garden catch-ups, holiday playlists, and that first taste of something that instantly feels like sunshine.

These summer chocolates are made in limited quantities, which means once they’re gone, they’re gone. So if you missed them last year (or you’ve been waiting patiently for their comeback), now’s the time.

We’ve brought back six limited-edition chocolates you won’t find in any of our other boxes - each one crafted to feel fresh, joyful, and just a little bit transportive.

🌸 Raspberry & Rose

Bright, cheerful, and beautifully balanced. This award-winning chocolate features a milk chocolate shell filled with a creamy ganache made from real raspberry purée, organic rose oil, and white chocolate. You get the lively tang first, followed by a delicate floral finish — like a summer garden in chocolate form.

🍯 Honey & Saffron

Golden, mellow, and quietly luxurious. Smooth milk chocolate wrapped around a ganache of pure honey and saffron. Sweet meets earthy in the most more-ish way - the kind of flavour that feels like warm evening light.

🥭 Mango & Calamansi

This one wakes your taste buds up (in the best way). Sweet, juicy mango meets the citrus tang of calamansi inside a rich dark chocolate shell. Bold, tropical, and made for the adventurous chocolate lover.

🍍 Pina Colada

No passport needed. Pineapple and coconut come together in a creamy milk chocolate ganache, inspired by the classic cocktail - minus the alcohol. One bite and you’re basically on holiday.

🍓 Strawberry & Cream

A British summer icon, turned into chocolate. Real strawberry purée blended with creamy white chocolate for a smooth, sweet ganache that feels like strawberries-and-cream season, every time.

🍋 Lemon & Elderflower

Light, bright and floral - like the first sip of something cold on a sunny day. Zesty lemon and fragrant elderflower combine in a creamy white chocolate ganache, with that refreshing “just one more” finish.
