Mango puree and pure calamansi juice in 60% dark chocolate. The mango is ripe and full, the calamansi cuts through it — sharp, bright, almost lime-like but rounder. The dark chocolate holds both without sweetening either.

Ingredients: White chocolate: Sugar, cocoa butter 29.8%,
whole MILK powder, emulsifier (SOY lecithin (E322)), natural
vanilla flavouring. Cream (from MILK), purees: Mango and Calamansi; Dark chocolate (min cocoa solids 60%, Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithins), natural vanilla flavouring, butter (from MILK). Natural food colours (curcumin, spirulina, anthocyanins, beetroot, safflower, iron oxide) E171.

- All chocolates are gluten free.

- Vegan chocolates and boxes do not contain MILK, but all chocolates contain SOYA.

- All chocolates may contain traces of tree nuts (pistachio, pecan, hazelnut, almond) and peanuts.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

- Please keep chocolates in a cool dry place, away from strong odours. We do not advise chocolates to be kept in the fridge.

- All boxes and bars have a maximum 3-month shelf life unless specifically stated on the product.

The only dark chocolate in the Summer Favourites collection — 70% dark organic, paired with tropical fruit and Southeast Asian citrus. Part of a limited edition seasonal range, made fresh in small batches and available while stocks last. Each chocolate is painted by hand using natural, plant-based colours.
