During the Covid lockdowns, PwC wanted to uplift their remote workforce with a nationwide "thank you" gift. We faced two massive hurdles: securely handling over 23,000 personal employee home addresses under strict data protection policies, and fulfilling our largest-ever single order to be completely dispatched within an intense two-day window.

What we made

We successfully delivered 23,530 of our Great Taste Award-winning Sea Salt chocolate bars, complete with personalized greeting cards, directly to employees' doorsteps. By collaborating closely with Royal Mail and employing strict 14-day data deletion protocols, we flawlessly executed this massive logistical challenge, delivering joy when it was needed most.

Rathbones (formerly Investec) wanted a fully bespoke, branded advent calendar featuring the Harry Specters story to send to their clients. The main hurdle was flawlessly coordinating complex custom packaging design with our manufacturing partners, all while executing a massive individual delivery operation right in the middle of our peak holiday season.

What we made

We produced a fully co-branded advent calendar that beautifully showcased Rathbones' aesthetic alongside our social mission. We successfully managed the complex fulfillment, delivering the calendars—complete with a special bespoke chocolate pair for the final day—directly to clients' doorsteps, resulting in a recurring annual partnership since 2022.
