10th Birthday Bar Bash Terms and Conditions

 

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
   
   
2. The prize draw is being run by Harry Specters Ltd.
   
   

Eligibility

3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age residing in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) excluding employees of Harry Specters and their families.
   
   
4. Only one ticket may be claimed per person.
   
   
5. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you win.
   
   

How to Enter

6. Between 4th November 2022 until 30th November 2022 there will be 2000 Birthday Bar Bash bundles made available for purchase. These bundles cost £25 including delivery. Ten of these bundles will contain a special winning ticket that entitles one UK resident to the prize and those bundles will be chosen at random.
   
   
7. Upon finding a ticket, you must contact Harry Specters via email (sales@harryschocs.co.uk) to claim your prize. This must be claimed by 31^st March 2023.
   
   
8. You will be required to provide the employee name written on the ticket, as well as your name, email, and address. You may be required to provide photographic proof of your ticket.
   
   
9. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the prize promotion and acceptance of the prize. Harry Specters cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
   
   
10. Prizes must be accepted as offered by the person claiming the ticket. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part.
    
    
11. Announcements will be made via social media regarding how many tickets have been claimed/are left to be claimed.
    
    

The Prize

12. The winner will receive:

A free one-year subscription to the Chocolate Club, which includes one 9-chocolate box to be delivered to one UK address each month, containing a random selection of chocolates. More details on the Chocolate Club can be found here.

The chance to visit the Harry Specters factory with a maximum of two guests (aged 10 and up) for a half-day experience to be arranged via email and to take place on an agreed date in 2023.

13. Factory tours must be arranged, and the date and time confirmed by Harry Specters prior to your arrival at the premises. If a date and time has not been agreed upon by Harry Specters, the tour will not be able to take place.
    
    You must bring your ticket with you on the day of the tour. Failure to do so may result in your tour being cancelled. 
    
    Guests must be aged 10 and up.

Data protection and privacy

14. You agree that if you are a winner, you will take part in and co-operate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your name, photograph, and any comments in such publicity without any fee being payable.
    
    
15. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Harry Specters privacy policy
    
    

Limitation of Liability

16. Entry into the Promotion is at the entrant’s sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, Harry Specters does not accept any responsibility for any disappointment, damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses, or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or accepting a prize.
    
    
17. Harry Specters further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this promotion save that nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to limit or exclude Harry Specters liability resulting from its negligence or fraud.
    
    

General

18. Harry Specters reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
    
    
19. Harry Specters reserves the right to verify winners and ask for proof of identity, age and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
    
    
20. Harry Specters reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
    
    
21. Harry Specters reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
    
    
22. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
