What's in the summer collection

Each of the seven flavours is a standalone recipe — not a core-range chocolate repackaged for the season. Honey & Saffron pairs acacia honey with saffron drops in 40% milk chocolate. Mango & Calamansi sets mango purée against pure calamansi juice in 60% dark chocolate. Lemon & Elderflower folds lemon purée and pure elderflower drops into creamy white chocolate. Strawberry & Cream is fresh strawberry purée and fresh cream in white chocolate. Raspberry & Rose layers raspberry purée with organic rose oil in 40% milk. Piña Colada — alcohol-free — blends pineapple purée, coconut cream and desiccated coconut in 40% milk. The Tropical coconut has coconut cream and desiccated coconut in 40% milk chocolate, with quiet hints of pineapple and lime underneath.
