When Will I Receive My Order?
Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays and we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days of receiving your order.
You can also select a preferred delivery date using the calendar at checkout if you need your order for a specific day.
For the UK, we use Royal Mail services:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days from dispatch to most areas): £6.20
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days from dispatch to most areas): £4.50
Guaranteed Delivery (next day delivery (from dispatch) to most areas) : £15
Some options may not be available to every location.
Please note that during seasonal peaks, especially Christmas (Nov – Dec) and Easter (March - April), it may take longer than 5 working days for your order to be processed.
Please also note that during the summer we will reserve the right to hold your order until the temperature drops below 25 degrees Celsius to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.
