Your Chocolates Are Being Made

Thanks so much for your orders and continued support.

After the huge success of winning Aldi's Next Big Thing, we have been inundated with orders and amazing feedback. As our chocolates are handmade and hand packed, our team are working around the clock to ensure your chocolates are sent out as soon as possible. However, due to the volumes, there is a slight delay in orders being dispatched. We also have to work around the Royal Mail strikes (see dates below), which has created a backlog. 

We usually aim for dispatch within 3-5 business days during peak seasons, but orders may take longer than this to be sent out.

Please bear with us and rest assured that orders placed BEFORE 12th December will be sent out in time for Christmas.

Royal Mail Strikes

The CWU has formally notified Royal Mail they plan to call on their members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take national strike action on the following dates in 2022:
